Beyond the labels, the essence of Asti can be found in the authentic and genuineflavours, like the Bagna Cauda, the Bagnetto Verde, dandelion honey, the Barbera d'Asti, the Freisa, the hazelnut Piemonte I.G.P., Barricato Honey Vinegar, the Torta del Palio, our Jams and compote.
